Publishing support of the Journal provided by Publishing House of Ternopil National Economic University; the Journal is published in cooperation with V.M. Glushkov Institute for Cybernetics, National Academy of Sciences, Ukraine.
There is the open access at http://computingonline.net to all Journal articles since 2002, except last two years (2014 and 2015) according to the agreement with Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.
We are using the single-blind peer-review because in this case reviewers can check self-plagiarism easily.
At the end of each Issue we are putting abstracts in both Ukrainian and Russian languages because of two reasons: (i) to simplify the article content understanding by readers from former Soviet Union countries who have still poor level of English, (ii) the Journal is registered in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Government checks periodically how the Journal is corresponding to selected areas.
