| Krepšinis yra labai emocionali sporto šaka, o nesuvaldytos emocijos - tiesiausias kelias į konfliktą. Statutiniam pareigūnui būtina žinoti galimas konflikto priežastis, sugebėti konfliktus identifikuoti, o konflikto nepavykus išvengti - jį valdyti. Sugebėjimas analizuoti, valdyti situaciją, nepasiduoti provokacijoms – vienas iš realiausių būdų neleisti konfliktui peraugti į atviros agresijos formą. Policijos veiklos specifika – su žmonėmis ir tarp žmonių. Problemos aktualumas sąlygojamas to, kad ir statutinių pareigūnų veiklos rezultatai priklauso nuo psichologinio klimato, nuo veikloje dalyvaujančių žmonių tarpusavio supratimo, atsidavimo siekiamam tikslui, sugebėjimo “žaisti komandoje”. Tyrimo tikslas - įvertinti konfliktiškumą Mykolo Romerio universiteto II – oje (II komanda) ir Viešojo saugumo fakulteto (VSF) krepšinio komandose. Tyrime dalyvavo 24 VSF krepšinio komandos nariai, kurių amžiaus vidurkis – 19,6 + 1,2 metų, sportinė patirtis – 5,6 + 1,8 metų bei 18 MRU II krepšinio komandos narių. Šios komandos amžiaus vidurkis – 21,9 + 1,6 metų, sportinė patirtis – 11,1 + 2,8 metų. Nustatant komandos psichologinį klimatą komandos žaidėjai turėjo įvertinti 10 gerą psichologinį klimatą apibūdinančių požymių bei 10 šių požymių antonimų. N ustatyta, kad VSF krepšinio komandoje psichologinis klimatas yra labai geras (6,8 balo). Komandoje vyrauja draugiškumas (7,3 balo), pasitenkinimas (7,3 balo), tarpusavio sutarimas (7,1 balo). MRU II – oje krepšinio komandoje nustatytas geras psichologinis klimatas (5,2 balo). Šios komandos nariai konfliktuoja šiek tiek dažniau nei ankstesnėse komandose. Vyraujanti konfliktų rūšis - socialiniai konfliktai (55,6 %). Konfliktus MRU komandos nariai sprendžia asmeniškai (77,8 %). Komandų treneriams buvo pateiktas testas (Kepalaitė 1993), leidžiantis nustatyti respondentų konfliktiškumo laipsnį. Šiems apklaustiesiems taip pat buvo pateiktas minėtas modifikuotas A.Kepalaitės testas, leidžiantis nustatyti psichologinį klimatą komandoje.MRU komandos vyriausiasis treneris bei VSF krepšinio komandos treneris – taktiški žmonės, kurių elgesys kelia kitų žmonių pagarbą (22 taškai). MRU treneriai psichologinį klimatą komandoje įvardino gerą (5,7 balo), VSF treneris – kaip labai gerą (6,5 balo). | ||
English: Basketball is a very emotional sport, and uncontroled emotions - paves the way for the conflict. Police officer is necessary to know the possible causes of the conflict, the ability to identify conflicts, and failure to prevent conflict - to change them. Ability to analyze, manage the situation, not to provocations - one of the most realistic ways to prevent conflict to escalate into an open form of aggression. Police Activities specificity - with the people and between people. Urgency of the problems caused by the fact that the police's performance depends on the psychological climate, the activities of people involved in understanding, commitment to the objective, the ability to "play in a team." Purpose of the survey - to assess conflicts escalation Mykolas Romeris University II - th (II) and the Public Security Department (VSF) basketball teams. The study included 24 VSF basketball team players whose average age - 19.6 + 1.2 years, athletic experience - 5.6 + 1.8 years and 18 II basketball team players. These teams average age - 21.9 + 1.6 years, sports experience - 11.1 + 2.8 years. In determining the psychological climate in the team's players of the team had to evaluate 10 good psychological climate characterized by symptoms and signs of 10 of these antonyms. It was found that the VSF basketball team’s psychological climate is very good (6.8 points). Team consists friendliness (7.3 points), satisfaction (7.3 points), mutual agreement (7.1 points). II basketball team set a good psychological climate (5.2 points). These team members more frequently than in previous conflicts in teams. The dominant type of conflict - Social conflict (55.6%). Conflicts in the II team members judge between person (77.8%). II team players does not participate in team conflict resolution trainer (or at least one member of the team that did not). This position may lead to several reasons. First of all - a team players have a very high level of self-worth and tend to solve themselves facing personal problems. Another possible explanation - trainer (s) deliberately divests itself from the conflict. Other forms of conflict resolution practice VSF team. Less than half the resolution of conflicts in person, one quarter - of the language problems the team meetings. Assessed the impact on the team coach and the authority of four (16.7%) team members argue that the conflicts must be addressed and decided by coach. Other (16.7%) say that conflict was not practical, it was not what deal. Teams coaches have been given test (Kepalaitė 1993), enabling the identification of respondents conflicts escalation degree. These respondents was also presented in the modified Kepalaite test that helps determine the psychological climate in team. II team chief coach and VSF basketball team coach - tactically people whose behavior poses a respect for other people (22 points). II team and the VSF team coaches feel satisfaction while working with the team (by 7 and 7.1 points). II team coaches most concerned about the low productivity of the team (work) (3 points), mutual aid and cooperation (in 4 points). VSF team coach for the team going through a misfortune (3.6 points), who may be differences between (5 points) reason. Both teams coaches almost uniformly the friendship team players (respectively 6.2 and 6 points), but future releases of policemen trainer fun (7.5 points) and peer support (7.2 points) features a team II team head coaches psychological climate in a team described as good (5,7 points), VSF coach - as very good (6,5 points). | ||
