Pakistan Journal of Statistics (PJS) is a premier research journal published from its headquarters in Pakistan since 1985. The journal is published quarterly containing three issues per volume. The Editorial Board of the Journal comprises of experienced statisticians from leading research and teaching institutions around the world. The editorial board follows a strict scrutinizing process to ensure publication of high quality papers. Papers accepted for publication in the journal are refereed by at least three international experts, however if two referees recommend a paper for the publication, the Journal Editorial Board accepts the paper with the condition that the author accommodates the points raised by the third referee. The journal enjoys distinguished status in research circles as the Journal is acknowledged internationally by universities in Europe, North America, Australia, Japan etc. and is being abstracted and reviewed by renowned international abstracting agencies. The PJS is ranked as one of the core journals in statistics for the "Current Index to Statistics" of American Statistical Association, USA. |
