The Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition has been published every quarter since 2003 and the aims are the followings:
- Publication of research papers and projects conducted by individuals or a team of researchers at the universities and research centers in the field of food science, technology, engineering and nutrition
- To introduce up date achievements concerned with the science and technology of food
- To create relations between the science of food and the need of the society
- To provide scientific activities and enable the food scientists and technologists at different universities, research institutes and centers to work together and exchange scientific information and ideas
