“Town Planning and Architecture” (Urbanistika ir architektūra) is a peer-reviewed journal which publishes original research papers concerning the following fields of research: country, region, town planning, greenery design, landscape, geology, urban transport, urban sociology, urban design heritage, architecture, theory of architecture, building instalations, training of architectural staff, urban municipality affairs, theory of urban design, design technologies, etc.
“Town Planning and Architecture” is published since 1995 instead of the previous research proceedings of Vilnius Technical University: Town planning and regional planning (18 issues since 1994). 6 issues were published in 1995-1998 (2 issues per year). Since 1998 the journal “Town Planning and Architecture” is published in volumes – one volume per year (consisting of 4 issues). |
