The Journal of Injury and Violence Research (JIVR) publishes definitive, peer reviewed articles devoted to the clinical practice of Injury and Violence. The JIVR should be a participant in continuing education of clinicians and forecasting important issues and trends in Injury and Violence identification, prevention and treatment, and should foster responsible debate on controversial issues. As an international journal, it encourages communication between different cultures to inform our readers, and provide scholarly reading.
