Every issue has recent and comprehensive information on specific subjects, including recently developed drugs, clinical trials, new diagnostic approaches, epidemics of the disease, and treatments. Each issue will focus on various aspects of a major topic, sometimes seen from different viewpoints. This approach should lead the specialist and the general practitioner alike to a critical appreciation of real-life, clinical situations. This will help during the diagnoses and treatment, especially in situations that do not fit the "typical" pattern as commonly reported by multicenter, clinical trials.
