| Journal description [English] | Iranian Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery is the official scientific quarterly publication of Iranian Orthopaedic Association. Contributions from anywhere in the world is welcome and is considered on their merits. Iranian Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery publishes original articles, review articles, short communications, case reports, and letters to the Editor in the fields of Orthopaedic Surgery every three months. The manuscript should be submitted in the form outlined in Instructions to Authors. Manuscripts are subjected to blinded peer review by experts and a final decision by the editor. Papers are judged by the quality and relevance of the work, not by the country of origin, the reputation of the author, or the fame of the department. Our aim is to publish the best material available on orthopaedic surgery from anywhere in the world. Iranian Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery recommends sending the articles through the online submission system through the website “www.ijos.org”, easy to use and easy to track. This journal is approved by The Iranian Committee of Medical Science Journals of Ministry of Health and Medical Education as Scientific Research Medical Journal. | |
| Journal description [Farsi] | مجله جراحي استخوان و مفاصل ايران ، فصلنامه رسمی انجمن جراحان ارتوپدي ايران است كه به انتشار مقالات پژوهشي اصيل، مروري و موردنگاري در زمينه ارتوپدي ميپردازد و انديشههاي متخصصان جراحی ارتوپدی سراسر كشور را منتشر مينمايد. هدف از انتشار این مجله آشنايي محققان و پزشكان با دستاوردهاي حاصل از تحقيقات در زمينه جراحي ارتوپدي ميباشد. مقالات و مطالب دريافت شده، توسـط هیئت تحریریه و هیئت علمی بررسي می شود و پس از طـي مـراحل داوري و امـور فني به چـاپ ميرسند. مقالات مروری نیز همچنين در مـورد معضلات مهـم و مبتلا به كشور به درخواست هيئت تحريريه توسط اساتيـد مجرب تدوين و به چـاپ ميرسند. مجله جراحي استخوان و مفاصل ايران داراي امتيـاز علمي ـ پژوهشي از كميسيون نشريات علـوم پزشكي كشور، وابسته به معاونت پژوهشي وزارت بهـداشت، درمان و آمـوزش پزشكي ميباشد و در سال چهار شماره به صورت فصلنامه به چاپ ميرسد. | |
