| Journal description [English] | Croatian Society of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists publish scientific-professional journal entitled as „Croatian Journal of Food Technology, Biotechnology and Nutrition“. Journal covers areas mentioned in title. Journal is published twice per year as double numbers. Editor-in-chief of the journal is Professor emeritus, Damir Karlović, Deputy Editor-in-chief is Ph.D. Branko Tripalo, Full Professor and Executive editor is Ph.D. Mladen Brnčić, Assistant Professor. Editorial board is consists of distinguished scientists and professionals from Croatia. Journal also has international editorial board consist of nine scientists from Europe. As publication issued by Croatian Society of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists, journal brings facts about activities within committees, branch offices and members of the Society as well. Besides publishing full scientific papers, short articles about news in area, reviews of new books and calendar of events are covered. Articles that are submitted in Journal are reviewed by at least two distinguished scientists from specific area. | |
| Journal description [Croatian] | Hrvatsko društvo za prehrambenu tehnologiju, biotehnologiju i nutricionizam izdaje časopis pod nazivom “Hrvatski časopis za prehrambenu tehnologiju, biotehnologiju i nutricionizam, odnosno engleskog naziva „Croatian Journal of Food Technology, Biotechnology and Nutrition“. Časopis je znanstveno-stručni te pokriva u naslovu navedena znanstvena i stručna područja. Časopis izlazi kao dvobroj dva puta godišnje. Glavni urednik časopisa je prof. emeritus Damir Karlović, zamjenik glavnog urednika je prof. dr. sc. Branko Tripalo a izvršni urednik doc. dr. sc. Mladen Brnčić. Uređivački odbor čine ugledni znanstvenici i stručnjaci, a časopis ima i međunarodni savjetodavni odbor koji broji devet uglednih znanstvenika iz Europe. Kao glasilo Hrvatskog društva prehrambenih tehnologa, biotehnologa i nutricionista, časopis donosi i podatke o aktivnostima svojih odbora, podružnica i članova društva, te osim znanstveno-stručnih radova objavljuje i kratke članke o novostima iz struke, pregled novih knjiga, kao i pregled svih važnijih znanstveno stručnih događanja. Svi radovi koji pristignu u redakciju podliježu recenziji barem dva ugledna stručnjaka iz određenog područja. | |
